A 19" rack cabinet filled with electronics and AVR microcontroller modules — I called it: The rack box project!
Serial interface module, with analog and digital I/O — AVR
Serial (RS-232) interface module; providing 6 analog and 2 digital inputs, and 9 digital outputs. Uses an AVR ATmega8 microcontroller.
Serial port I/O module with 15 inputs — AVR
Serial (RS-232) interface module; providing 15 digital inputs. Uses an AVR ATmega8 microcontroller.
Intruder alarm system controller — AVR
A simple intruder alarm controller I build and used in my old apartment. Uses an AVR ATtiny2313 microcontroller.
Status panel for the Rack box project
A desk panel box full of LEDs, buttons and switches. Built for the rack box project.
Serial interface for emergency power off — AVR
RS-232 interface module, with voltage measurement. Used to communicate with the emergency power off unit in the Rack box project. Installed inside Rack box status panel. Uses an AVR ATmega8 microcontroller.
Serial port I/O module with 9 in and outputs — AVR
RS-232 interface module, with 9 inputs and 9 outputs. Uses an AVR ATmega8 microcontroller.
Serial port I/O module with 11 inputs — AVR
RS-232 input module, with 11 inputs. Rebuild of previous RS-485 module. Uses an AVR ATtiny2313 microcontroller.
Module heartbeat monitor, 15 inputs — LCD and AVR
Detects and alerts if any of the monitored modules goes silent; meaning their heartbeat stops. Uses an AVR AT90S8515 microcontroller.
Electric heater and timer controller — AVR
Controls an electric heater, and has a simple 15 minutes timer. Uses an AVR AT90S2313 microcontroller.
